Property Inspections
Protecting your investment is our top priority.
We perform:
- A full inspection at every tenant move-out, and
- At least one annual inspection during lease renewal
All reports are uploaded to your owner portal with photos for easy access.
Tenant Management
We handle all tenant communication and ensure smooth lease administration.
When your property is about to become vacant, you'll be notified within 24 hours of receiving tenant notice — so you're never caught off guard.
Maintenance & Repairs
Our dedicated maintenance team provides prompt, professional service while keeping you informed.
- You'll receive an email copy of every work order at the same time as the vendor.
- Repairs over $500 are always approved by you first (unless it's an emergency).
We maintain your property efficiently — and transparently.
Financial Management
We make getting paid simple and secure.
- Owner payments are direct deposited by the 27th of each month
- EFTs are processed on the 24th
- Complete and accurate monthly accounting is available in your portal
