Are you looking for a Property Management Company that offers:

1. We communicate with our owners through their online portal.

2. We provide property inspections reports with all move outs and they are uploaded to the owner portal to review at anytime. We will do a minimum of once a year inspection of your properties at the time of the lease renewal.

3. Can see tenant's payments through your online portal.

4. We will let you know when your property is about to become vacant within 24 hours of receiving notice.

5. We will notify you when any repairs are being done to your properties with our dedicated maintenance team. A copy of the work request will be emailed to you the same time it goes to the vendor. On any repairs that are over $500 we will call for authorization before doing unless it is an emergency repair.

6. Owner payments are direct deposited into their bank account by the 27th of the month. Complete and accurate monthly accounting for the month. is locate in your owner portal.
