Office Hour

Our offices are closed to the Public. We are by appointment only.  We are closed Saturday & Sunday and all major Holidays. Calls will be returned  within 24 hours Monday to Friday by text or email. For faster communication both owners and tenants please use your portals.

All work request must be in writing submit  through your tenant portal.  We have staff handling the portal work request  24/7   7 days a week.

As always please make an appointment before going to office. Property Managers are not in the office full time as they are out on appointments. Receptionist does not work for us so they are only able to take documents and mail for us. They are not able to accept rental  payments. All payments are to be done through the tenant portal or at a paynearme location.
